I just love this Hot Fudge sauce!!! I have only once before ever tasted something similar. A couple in Grand Isle had a snack bar/ice cream stand. After I discovered their Hot Fudge, I would stand there,eating my sundae,and promoting free of charge! They now commercially make "Island Ice Cream." Sadly my summer Hot Fudge Sundaes at the stand are gone. However, it now looks as if I can have mine - but at home. I was really unhappy when my jar was empty! |

Even though you have your mom's recipe, I wasn't sure if it would be as good as what she makes at home(fyi,I made your little sister pay her rent with your mom's hot fudge at the beach house after college), but whoa..it's de-li-cious! I have been using your fudge for 2 years now and I think it is the greatest. I mix several scoops of vanilla icecream with one heaping teaspoon of your fudge and 4 stemmed cherrys in a hand blender and it makes the best chocolate covered cherry icecream, much better than you can buy! |
