Sundaes Best Hot Fudge Sauce is a product of Greenfield’s Greatest Food Company, Inc. located in the hills overlooking Saratoga Springs, New York.

We use only the very best ingredients including real chocolate and cocoa. We also use wholesome milk, cream and sweet butter that comes straight from a local dairy.

Sundaes Best Hot Fudge Sauce is great on ice cream, fruit, and cake, in recipes or just grab a spoon and dig in!

As we mention on the label, Jeff’s mom has been making this homemade hot fudge for family, friends and her church congregation for over forty years…still does. Katie and her grandmother (superimposed in our logo in their Sunday best, from our photo archives) have had a Saratoga Tradition enjoying hot fudge sundaes from ice cream shops since Katie was a little girl.

We’ve combined mom’s recipe with our love for hot fudge to offer Sundaes Best and encourage you to start a Sundae Tradition of your own.

How We Got Started
Everyone who’s tasted mom’s hot fudge sauce has either asked us for the recipe or encouraged us to jar and sell it. We’d been considering it for the last two years when we came across the van you see in on our logo. We saw a black & white "for sale" photo of it last spring. When we went to look at it, we were astonished by its showroom condition. And, it was painted chocolate brown and vanilla cream!

We knew we had found our delivery/promotional vehicle for our hot fudge company. It’s a 1956 International Harvester Travelall van with a straight six and four on the floor, complete with fuzzy dice. A real head-turner!

Sundaes Best Hot Fudge Sauce was born. We gave mom the very first jar from our first commercially produced batch and offered her a generous profit sharing plan. (Dad offered to keep the books).
